He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morgan, Sr. and Reba Mhoon Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Newman Morgan; his children, Mitchell Morgan of Las Vegas, NV, Alan Miles of Jefferson City and Karen Sutphin of Overton, NV; his grandchildren, Dandy, Quinten and Saber; his brother Jerry Morgan of Meridian, ID; and his aunt Agnes Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
