With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Milburn Strange (Jefferson City, Tennessee), who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Strange and Ola Strange; and his siblings, Anderson "Beetle" Strange, J. D. Strange, Mildred Kelley and Joyce Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Lille Faye "Billie" Strange; his daughters, Judith Muncy (James) and Laura Strange (Bryan Mowry); and his grandchildren, Kirsten Clark and Jordan Clark.

In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the services, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of social distancing and facemasks.

In lieu of flowers, dontations may be made to Leadvale Missionary Baptist Church.
