He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dean and Florence Dean. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Peck Dean; and his children, Ophelia Peck Dean (Courtney Vitti) and Mark Edward Dean (Denise Jackson Dean).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
