He was predeceased by: his father Hugh M. Sparkman; and his brothers, Marty L. Mitchell and Michael D. Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Laura Sparkman; his sons, Andrew Mitchell (Lily) and Matthew Mitchell; his siblings, Diana Mitchell Musall and Jimmy Sparkman (Karen); his grandchildren, Lesley Mitchell, Brooklyn Mitchell and Cooper Mitchell; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Musall (Jasmine Lindsey), Laura Musall, Dwight Cook, Derek Cook (Tiffany), Jimmy Sparkman II, William Mitchell (Lilie), Kazie Sparkman and Lisa March (Steven); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristan Lindsey, Christopher, Diana, Michael, Bethany Musall and Parker Cook. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
