He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Finley and Catherine Finley. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Thomas; his siblings, Donald Finley of Morristown, David Finley (Leslie) of Fredericksburg, VA and Brenda Parker of Jefferson City; his nephew Michael Parker (Big Guy) of Jefferson City; and his niece Heather Claybough of Jefferson City.
