He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Morgan and Rachel Morgan; his sons, Mark Edward Morgan and Thomas Daniel Morgan; and his siblings, Magdalene Morgan Harbin, Argel Morgan, Luther Morgan, Marjory Morgan, Maynard Morgan and Clifford Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Miller Morgan; his children, Richard Lee Morgan, William Christopher Morgan and Leigh Ann Morgan Rogers; and his grandchildren, Jacob Morgan, Lucas Morgan, Moira Rogers, Knox Rogers and Lincoln Rogers.
