She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Horner; her parents, Oscar Carl Douthat and Zeffie Campbell Douthat; and her siblings, Ruby Nell Gregg, George Douthat, Ralph Douthat, Dorothy Jeffers, Ethel Davis of Thomas Douthat, J. W and Gearl Douthat.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Smith (Craig), Charlene Wolfe (Robert) and Patty Wells; her sister-in-law Mitzi Edmonds; and her grandchildren, Amber McAnally (Jake), David Wolfe (Cassidy), Amy Clift (Zak), Sam Wolfe (Allison), Clint Sawyer (Emily), Faith Isaacs (George), Rob Wolfe (Clara), Sarah Beth Matthews (Jacob), Jake Sawyer (Lara) and Wesley Wells. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
