It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Rowe of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rowe and Estella Webb Rowe; and his brother Kenneth Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Faye McGinnis Rowe; his children, Frank Rowe (Chris Kane), Dwain Rowe (Christina Coffman) and Diane Rowe Bailey (Bill); his grandchildren, Chelsea Sasaki (Dan), Cameron Froerer (Logan), John Rowe (Kristy), Andy Rowe (Kody), Brett Bailey (Ellen Sears), Camille Davis (Al), Forrest York (Trey) and Macey Bailey; his great grandchildren, Brennen, Emmalynn, Jonah, Zoey and Kate Rose; and his brothers, James Rowe and Cecil Rowe (Caroline). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
