He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ward and Helen Ward; his siblings, Jimmy Wayne Ward, Dickie Ward and Elizabeth Ward; and his granddaughter Grace Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ward; his children, Sandy King (Grant), Mandy Mills (Joe), Melissa Miller (Charlie) and Michael Horner; his grandchildren, Megan Ward, Ava King, Emma King, Michael Ward and Taylor Baxmann (Eric); his siblings, Tommy, Leroy Ward and Mary Katherine "Tootsie" Crowe; his sister-in-law Lorene Ward; and also Grayson Baxmann.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery (133 Shiloh Church Rd, Rutledge, TN 37861).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
