He is survived by: his siblings, Paul David Warner (Lora) of Madison, WV, Bobby Warner of Rockford, TN, Sue Hodge of Sevierville, TN and Kathy Nash (Raymond Frank) of Jefferson City, TN; and his aunt Brenda Robinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
