She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Leonard; her parents, Gray Franklin and Bessie Franklin; her sister June Leonard; and her siblings-in-law, Claude Leonard, Thelma French (Herbert) and James Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Leonard (Betty Jo) of Jefferson City and Claudia Seals (Doug) of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Beth Fortner (Andy) of Memphis and Noel Seals (Emily) of Asheville, NC; her sisters-in-law, Helen Turner of Dandridge, Ruby Brogan (Bill) of Friendsville and Elizabeth Leonard of Ringgold, GA; and also, Isabella, Hannah and Piper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
