She was predeceased by: her husband Freddie Gerald Rowe; her parents, William McGinnis and Elizabeth Moore McGinnis; and her sisters, Wilma McGinnis and Billye Willette.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Rowe (Chris Kane), Dwain Rowe (Christina Coffman Rowe) and Diane Rowe Bailey (Bill); her grandchildren, Chelsea Sasaki (Dan), Cameron Froerer (Logan), John Rowe (Kristy), Andy Rowe (Kody), Brett Bailey (Ellen), Camille Davis (Al), Forrest York (Trey) and Macey Bailey; her great grandchildren, Brennen, Emmalynn, Jonah, Zoey, Landon, Kate Rose, Ty, Arielle, Carmello, Ryan and Lawrence; and her sisters, Ann Rooker, Susan Buck and Jane McGinnis-Glenn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
