She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pugh and Margaret Pugh. She is survived by: her son Charles W. Livesay; her husband Gary Tilley; her sister Carolyn Knott; her children, Steve Livesay (Stacy), Debbie Parker, Daniel Livesay (Catrina) and Keith Livesay (Teresa); her grandchildren, Anthony, Shane Livesay, Chanda Byrd, Ryan Parker, Rachel Livesay, Hannah Martin, Dakota Livesay, Derek Livesay and Heather Herrera; and her brother Don Pugh (Shannon). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
