She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred "Goober" Harrell. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Spitler, Alfred Kenneth Harrell II, Rev. Gary Wayne Harrell and Larry Dale; her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Harrell; her grandchildren, Dakota (Megan), Matthew and Samuel; her great grandchildren, Cole and River; and her sisters, Janice Wolfe and Grace Marshall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
