She was predeceased by: her husband James Luther Jacobs; her parents, Byrd Maynard Moyers and Willie Beatrice Moyers; her son-in-law John W. Cooper; and her siblings, Robert Moyers, June Oler and Faye Finney.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cooper of Jefferson City and Barney Jacobs (Sandy) of Mohawk; her grandchildren, Brad Jacobs (Nicole) and Karla Ottinger (Derrick); and her sisters, Norma Murphy (Turner) and Joann Caughron. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
