He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Lawther Kimmins; and his children, Daniel Kimmins of Jefferson City, TN and Kathleen Harmon of Orange City, FL.. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ford (David) of Savannah, GA and Mark Kimmins (Sandee); his brother Richard Kimmins of London, TN; and also, Jennie Silk (George) of Lake Worth, FL and Mary Sigears (Matt) of Morristown, TN. He is also survived by children; 14 great-grandchildren.
