He is survived by: his wife Debbie Banks; his children, Amber Banks, Steven Banks of Jefferson City and Jacob Banks of Kansas; his grandsons, Alex, Landon and Riley Banks of Jefferson City; his parents, Paul Banks and Barbara Banks of Dandridge; and his siblings, William Banks of Dandridge and Sheila Hayes of Sevierville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
