He was predeceased by: his father James T. Foster; and his brother Terry Wayne Foster. He is survived by: his mother Lillian S. Large; his siblings, Brenda Underwood (Robbie) and James Lester Foster (Becky); and his half-siblings, Donna Cochran, Fonda Newman and Jimmy Foster. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, two great nieces, and a great nephew.
