He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Cora Watkins, Dorothy and James Harrell; his mother-in-law Margaret Beltz; and his niece Brittany Beltz.
He is survived by: his wife Manette Beltz Harrell; his parents, Helen Harrell and Lynn Harrell of Jefferson City; his brother Dan Harrell (Beth); his brothers-in-law, Steve Burggraf (Greta) of Ohio, Henry Burggraf (Peggy) of Tazewell, Robert Burggraf of Va and Andy Beltz (Jeanie) of New Market; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Beltz, Tanner, Tyler Burggraf, Brianna Brewer of Jefferson City, Ronicia Gump of Ohio and Robin Easterline of Ky. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews that love him; adopted grandma.
