With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clyde E Woods of Jefferson City, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clay and Dorothy Martha Woods; and his wife Marilyn Ann Woods (Baxter). He is survived by: his daughter Diane Farr (William); his granddaughters, Baylee and Sierra; his brother-in-law Steve Baxter (Deanne); his nieces, Jessie Baxter, Mitzi Stinson (Rick) and Robin Frazier (Trent); and his nephew Matthew Baxter.
