He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie June Whitlock; his son Steve Whitlock; his mother Ola Hazel Whitlock; and his brother Ivan Whitlock. He is survived by: his children, Janet Ballinger (Jason), Debbie Roth (Charlie) and Larry Whitlock (Elaine); his grandchildren, Allison Whitlock, Brian Roth, Bradley Roth and Clarissa Mazurowski (Max); his great grandchildren, Cassidey, Caitlyn and Cendall; and his sister Lois Howard (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his many friends.
