He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Hensley; and his parents, Casper L. Hensley, Sr. and Margaret Brown Hensley. He is survived by: his brother David Hensley; his children, Penny Cauthen (Tommy), Sandy Catlett (Chuck), J. J. Shrader (Danny), Christy Bracey-Scott (David) and Lannon Hensley; his grandchildren, Drew Cauthen (Jessica), Kayla Cauthen, Tyler Catlett, Lauren Potts (Trey), Daniel Shrader, Conner Shrader, Jacob Shrader, Katy Shrader, Benjamin Bracey, Chloe Bracey and Chelsea Scott; and his great grandchild Amelia Cauthen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
