He is survived by: his wife Agnes Shaffer; his daughter Kelly Bailey (Jimmy); his grandsons, Caleb and Ethan Wollen; his stepdaughter Miranda Bailey; and his brothers, Robert, Gary, Spencer and Roger Shaffer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fielden Funeral Home (910 Churchview St, New Market, TN 37820). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
