She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Collins, Jr.; her sons, Steve Collins and Earl Collins; her parents, Hobert Layman and Dora Layman; and her brother Gerald Layman (Joyce).
She is survived by: her son Mike Collins; her daughter-in-law Janet Collins; and her grandchildren, Chastity Dyke (Teddy), Ashley Stelick (Jim) and Andrew Collins. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
