He was predeceased by: his former wife Una Mae Sheetz; his parents, Mitchell Brown and Ida Brown; and his siblings, Don Brown, Dee Cameron and Peggy Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Bailey (Billy), Gary Brown, Steve Brown and Ronnie Brown (Tracy Williams); his grandchildren, Jessica Brown, Addison Brown, Brandon Brown, Tasha Brown, Jeffery Bailey and Gregory Bailey; and his brother Junior Brown. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
