He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edmonds and Nancy Edmonds; his daughter Lucy Jane; his siblings, Melvin, Junior, Paul, Frankie, Agnes Moody and Mary Lou Edmonds; and his grandson Joseph Bowling.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Joe (Gail), Kenny (Samantha), Wayne (Robin), Sue Bishop (BB), Karen Turley (Darrell) and Marie Bowling; his brother James Edmonds; his niece Brenda Jean Trent; and his grandsons, Jason, Jut, Adam, Dustin, Trey and Elijah. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
