He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Myers (Bryan), Leslie Pate (Richard) and Emma Carpenter (Jason); his grandchildren, Zack (C. J.), Simon, Justin (Summer), Michael Evan, Alex and Harley; his great grandchildren, Avery, Archie Myers and Ryland Whaley; his brothers, Jerry Hurley (Beverly), Allen Hurley (Cynthia), Art Hurley and Kenneth Hurley (Connie); and his cousins, Terry Smith and Butch Lawless. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
