It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Manly Phillips of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Manly and Evelyn Manly Foster; and her brother Ray Manley. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Phillips; her children, Karen Lee (Stephen) and Brad Phillips (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Brittany Walker (Warren), Tyler Coffey Chesney (Allie) and Joe Phillips (Malai); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sean, Beau Walker, Kellen and Creed Coffey; her siblings, Don Manly (Mary Beth) and Jean Garrett; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Manley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Buffalo Grove Cemetery Fund.
