She was predeceased by: her husband James Shade, Sr.; her son Richard Shade; her parents, Phillip Masters and Blanche Masters; and her brother Phillip Masters.
She is survived by: her children, James Shade, Jr. (Kate), Robert Shade (Cindy), Vicki Paul, Barabra Maguire (Sean), Susan Lemley and Brian Shade (Trina). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
