It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita Lynn Kelly of Jefferson City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar W. Kelly; her parents, Eugene Bounds and Laura Bounds; and her brothers, Sammy Bounds and Bobby Bounds.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Finchum (Jennifer), Greg Finchum (Katie) and Elizabeth Cline (George Robert); her grandchildren, Sydney, Meredith, Madison, Garrett and Ryan; and her close friend Christine Dalton.
