It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Hicks of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bryant and Lena Howard Bryant; her husband Leonard Delbert Hicks, Sr.; her son Leonard Delbert Hicks, Jr.; her siblings, Ravon Bryant, Velma Joyce Bryant, Marie Bryant and Mary Pemberton; and her granddaughter Deanna Forsythe.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Hicks Forsythe; her siblings, Jim Bryant (Vera), Tommy Bryant, Larry Bryant, Lola Webb, Barbara Wilson, Carolyn Cooper, Rosetta LaFleur (Ray), Tammy Bryant Peardon (Michael), Betty Jo Green and Charlsie Chapman; her grandchildren, Joey Forsythe (Carmen) and Priscilla Forsythe; her great grandchildren, Cassie Quarles, Mandi Kaysen (Brian), Destiny Forsythe, Aleagha Fleming (Nick), Andrew Forsythe (Brittany) and Toney Sampson; and her great great grandchildren, Ezekiel Thomas, Teagan Quarles, Berklee Forsythe, Caiden Pickett and D. J. Johnson.
