He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price Webb, Sr. and Mildred Webb (Marie); and his brothers, Terry and Melvin Webb. He is survived by: his wife Martina Webb (Marty); his children, Darlene Bain (Chris), Milton Webb (Megan) of Ooltewah and Martin Webb of Ooltewah; his grandchildren, Allison Pawelczyk, Andie Pawelczyk and Kelsey Webb; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Skylar Conway and Vincent Galassi; his siblings, Reba, Sandra, Phyllis (Pete), Ray (Patsy) and Jerry; and his stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Brooke Humble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
