He is survived by: his wife Cheetah Fletcher Wayne; his children, Chandler Zella Wayne and John Spencer Wayne; his parents, Robert Spencer and Rosa Nell Wayne; his brother Scott Stephens; his half-brother George Walter Stephens, Jr.; his nephews, Everett Stephens and Thatcher Stephens; his parents-in-law, Doug Fletcher and Sheila Fletcher; his siblings-in-law, Gwen Ramsey and Jason Ramsey; his niece Emilia Ramsey; and his children, Attn Drive, Office Drive of Development and Rocky Point Drive. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
