It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Billingsley of Jasper, Tennessee, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Billingsley; and her parents, Houston Russell and Mary Belle Russell. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Smith (Tom) of Jasper; her sisters, Lilly Kilgore (Colton) of Whitwell and Marsha Synder (Kevin) of Dunlap; her grandchildren, W. Kyle Smith and Holly Smith; and her great grandchildren, Colton Hatfield, Emily Foster and W. Alex Smith.

“The kids and I are so sorry to hear about Aunt Ruth passing.We are so sorry for your loss we loved her so very much she will be missed .My daughter Paige loved her so much and would talk to her on the phone we found out yesterday that she passed away and we all where crushed . I spent a lot of time with Aunt Ruth and Uncle Jerry in my teen years going to hotels and playing with Kyle I will remember that forever :) I’m so sorry Marry and family.
