He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Philpott; his father Carl Philpott; and his brother Ronnie Philpott. He is survived by: his children, Brian Philpott (Susan) of Jasper, TN, Brandon Philpott of Chattsworth, GA and Bethaney Spencer (Kevin) of Corbin, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon Moore (Jessica), Aaron Moore (Courtney), Dalton Henegar, Edie Duncan (Cameron), Baron Philpott, Cameron Philpott, Carley Philpott, Christopher Spencer, Connor Spencer, Calleigh Jones and Corey Spencer; his mother Mary Philpott of Jasper, TN; and his siblings, Doris Boston (Jerry) of Jasper, TN and Charles Philpott (Juanita) of Waverly, TN.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews.
