He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Wynne Brown; and his stepdaughter Lacey Belk. He is survived by: his wife Sally Snipes Brown; his sister Jackie Chrisman (Gary); his children, Jeff Brown (Lacey), Neil Brown (Mary) and Melissa Prince (David); his stepchildren, Tony Belk (Kelly), Powells and Alisa Belk; and his grandchildren, Houston, Caleb, Sarah, Ally Brown, Logan Prince, Zane, Nolen, Rileigh, Dylan Belk and Lydia Balboa.
