With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Higgins (Jasper, Tennessee), who passed away on December 29, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Higgins and Bessie Higgins; and his brother Harlon Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Charlsie Brewer Higgins; his daughter Rhonda Higgins; his brothers, J. C. Higgins of Whitwell and Dexter Higgins (Lisa) of Whitwell; and also Richard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House or to the Children's Hospital at Erlanger.
