He was predeceased by: his parent Virgil E.; his children, Andy Boggs and Kelly Waters; and his brother Edward Boggs. He is survived by: his parent Agnes P. Boggs; his wife Julia Layne Boggs; his children, Lynn Carter, Mark, Tim and Clay Boggs; his grandchildren, Thomas, Kurt, Lindsay, Parker, Grace, Justin, Ava and Tyler; and his sister Anne Schultz. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
