She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Pete" Phillips; and her siblings, Debra Bryant, Cynthia "Cindy" Lunsford and Timothy "Bo" Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Wilma Jean Phillips; her siblings, Kathy Bryant, Tony Phillips and Mark Phillips; her children, Leigh Ann Evans (Jeremy) and Jason Lusk; and her grandchildren, Levi Lusk, Tyler Lusk and Kaylin Lusk.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jasper Memorial Funeral Home (150 Cornerstone Dr, Jasper, TN 37347).
