Naomi Hale Pickett Obituary
February 24, 1932 - September 6, 2017 Naomi Hale Pickett, 85, of Jasper, TN, died Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at her home. The daughter of the late Fred and Johnnie Mae Kendrick Hale, she was a lifelong resident of the Jasper area and was a member of Belmount Primitive Baptist Church in Victoria. She was also preceded in death by a son, Eddie Pickett, sister, Sarah Lee Pickett and two brothers, Freddie and George Hale.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, William Arthur Pickett, of Jasper, TN; her children, Sharon (Ulysses) Springs, of Jasper, TN, Arthur (Angel) Pickett, Jr., of Chattanooga, TN, , Donna Pickett, Billy Pickett and Vincent (Stacey) Pickett, and daughter-in-law, Terry Pickett all of Jasper, TN; fourteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 12-1 PM at the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Anderson Cemetery.
