She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Barnes Jr. (Sonny) and Shirlene Long Barnes of Jasper, TN.; her husband Gary Edward Pickett; and her sister Judy Mae Barnes Doyle of Trenton, GA.. She is survived by: her brother John Dillion Barnes III (Del); her nephew Jacob Barnes (Amber); her niece Phalan Doyle Fugate; her great-nephews, Jack and Jude Barnes; and her great-niece Marlena Fugate.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
