She is survived by: her husband William Lee Gouger; her children, Billy Gouger (Christy) and Missy Smeltzer (Mark); her grandchildren, Erin Smeltzer, Carmen Bell (Gentry), Jacob Smeltzer and Maggie Smeltzer; and her siblings, Nancy Layne, Carol Prince (Russell), Ruth Goff (Robert) and Bob Barnes (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
