She is survived by: her husband Terry Mack Johnson, Sr.; her children, Heather Chambers (Benjamin) and Terry Mack Johnson, Jr. (Natasha); her brothers, James C. Smith, Jr., Bobby Smith (Debbie) and Joel Smith; her grandchildren, Anna, Alexander Chambers, Kaidyn and James Colton Mack Johnson; and her sister Kathy Johnson Grider. She is also survived by several nieces', nephews and special friends.
