She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank and Kristina Elizabeth Dasek Ruzicka (Herman Adkins); and her siblings, Joseph Ruzicka, Leslie Ruzicka and Bessie Kalich.
She is survived by: her children, Don Adkins Sr. (Wilma), Gary Adkins (Peggy) and Patricia Russo (Frank); and her grandchildren, Don Adkins Jr., Melissa, Ginger, Jason, Erin and Michael. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and other family members.
