She was predeceased by: her father Rev. J. C. Tate; and her siblings, John Scott Tate and Joan Claudia Tate. She is survived by: her mother Stella Bryant Tate Roberts; her children, Clinton Cooksey (Cindy), Robert Cooksey (Aimee Suzette) and Christine Monachos; her siblings, Bruce Tate (Jenell McCord) and Debbie Callan (Bill Braziel); and her grandchildren, Justin Wilson, Savannah Cooksey and Stephen Cooksey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
