He is survived by: his mother Phyllis VanAllman; his stepfather Johnny VanAllman; his father Clarence Rainey; his stepmother Mary Ann Rainey; his sister Summer Shaffer (David); his stepbrothers, Chris VanAllman and David VanAllman (Stephanie); his nephews, Christopher Rainey and Austin VanAllman; his aunt Virginia Hicks (Mike); and also Anne Hicks. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
