He was predeceased by: his parent Joe; and his siblings, Bob Ramsey, Earl Ramsey and Imogene Kilgore. He is survived by: his parent Maudie Griffith Ramsey; his wife Stephanie Hatfield Ramsey of Jasper, TN; his children, Clarissa Barton of Sequatchie, Kristy Ramsey of Jasper and Renea Upton (Ashley) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Jace Barton, Dakota Upton, Alec Barton, Madalyn Upton, Mason Upton and Makayla Upton; his sister Ollie Mae Sisco (Raymond) of South Pittsburg; and also Marion Natural Gas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
