He is survived by: his wife Vivian Gladden Mullins; his children, Johnny Michael Mullins, Jr. (Kristy), Mark Jason Mullins, Jeremy Shawn Mullins, Karen Dawn Dodd (Bobby) and Candy Mechelle Mullins (Ashley Hartman); his grandchildren, Justin Mullins, Bobby Dodd, Jr. (Erica), Monica Dodd, Tristan Mullins, Colton Mullins and Hayden Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Alexander George (A. J.), Peyton Mullins, Ariyana Bella Dodd, Rylan Dodd and Cambree Dodd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
