He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Mary Ann Condra Smith; his son Joshua "Todd" Smith; and his brother Chris Smith. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Talley (Lance) and Matthew Smith (Whitney); his siblings, Johnny Condra (Brenda), Anna June Thomas (Richard), Tina Shavers (Dean), Sandy Lambert (Darwin) and Angie Rollins (Vince); his close friend Carol Bell Helton; and his grandchildren, Breyson Talley, Isaiah Smith, Tallulah Smith and Emma Leigh Case. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
