He was predeceased by: his father Frank Keel, Jr.; his grandparents, Frank Keel, Sr., Greely Smith, Bertha Keel and Wilma Griffith; and his aunt Treva Davis.

He is survived by: his mother Wanda Smith Keel; his wife Vanessa Willis Keel; his sons, Mason Keel and Kason Keel; his siblings, Tracy McLemore and Kim (Carl); and his friend Tripp Layne.
